The Digital Arts Collective was founded by Steve Delaney and Arnold Tojino, both former classmates at UCSD's Digital Arts Center. Steve Delaney is a former network affiliate (ABC) news anchor, print journalist (LA Times & LA’s Daily News), artist (Xanik Xeus) and media consultant and talent coach. Arnold oversees the creative direction of the company and specializes in motion graphics and photography. He has founded two other companies and is a consultant for a variety of other companies.

Our new office and studio will be located on Melrose Drive, in Carlsbad, just off Palomar Airport Road.
